MAHARAJA by Vineet, Mövenpick Hotel Al Khobar's signature fine-dining Indian restaurant, presents a luxurious menu of exceptional Indian royal specialities for its seven-day food promotion dubbed as “Maharaja's Dawat”, which means a royal feast. From Sept. 26 to Oct. 2, diners get to experience the grandeur of India's royal past, through recipes concocted by no other than the restaurant's patron chef Vineet Bhatia. “All the dishes that I've created exclusively for this food promotion are inspired by Maharajas' love for the finest food and life,” said Bhatia. “In the royal past, every dish had to be exotic, and there was no room for the usual. Every chef challenged himself to present something extraordinary for the royalty to feast on. These celebrated recipes became closely guarded secrets, and should anyone want to taste and experience fares that were solely reserved for royalties, do come and join us now at Maharaja by Vineet.” Maharaja's Dawat set menu and à la carte options are available for lunch, from 12.00 noon to 3.30 p.m., and dinner, from 6.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. — SG
