Published in The Saudi Gazette on 10 - 09 - 2015

AL JOMAIH and Shell Lubricating Oil Company (JOSLOC) recently held a seminar focusing on the construction and fleet sectors, at Narcissus Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The workshop, which is part of Shell JOSLOC Marketing's ongoing commitment to its current and potential customers, enlightened clients about new techniques and technologies that contribute to better-quality infrastructure projects, such as Riyadh Metro.
Representatives from over 60 clients across the Kingdom attended the seminar, including key influencers and decision makers. Shell introduced them to the latest premium product portfolios of Heavy Diesel Engine oil (Shell Rimula), Greases (Shell Gadus), (Transmission oil) Shell Spirax, and Hydraulic equipment and applications oil (Shell Tellus) – specialized lubricants for the construction and fleet industries.
During the seminar, Mohammed Othman, Regional Technical Manager at Shell UAE, introduced the Shell range of greases for the construction and fleet sectors. Furthermore, Hans Wildeboer and Nils Richart, Product Application Specialists at Shell Global Solutions, presented the Heavy Diesel Engine transmission and Hydraulic oils portfolios that are designed especially for construction and fleets sectors.
Commenting on the seminar, Wildeboer said: “Keeping your fleet and construction vehicles running efficiently, safely and reliably is critical for a profitable and competitive business. Though not an easy task at all, our wide range of oils and greases are designed to do just that, since they protect your investment, help reduce operating costs while complying with strict environmental standards.”
Haroon Jabbar, Technical Manager at Shell JOSLOC KSA, added Shell's value-added services include Lube Analyst, Lube Coach, Lube Advisor, Lube Match, and Lube Video Check, and shared information about the best practices in lubrication, along with the benefits of using premium products from leading manufacturers. — SG
