JEDDAH — The famous Italian Bellucci Circus here receives 200 special needs children daily along with 40,000 visitors of all ages till date, and the performers have impressed by displaying great collective and individual skills on show by the most skilled exhibitors in a tent here, which is at a height of seven floors and has an area of 9,000 m2. The circus is now on at the Prince Sultan Street in Jeddah's Khalidiyah District.
The Italian Bellucci Circus is part of the Jeddah Festival in 2015; and was invited to the city amid expectations of attracting more than 100,000 people until the end of the month.
According to Bender Bogs, CEO ‘events square' company who organizes festivals, said: “The Italian circus is the most prominent and one of the largest activities taking place in Jeddah Festival this year, and it is for the first time that Saudi Arabia has hosted the “Bellucci” Circus — the third-largest circus in the world, which has toured 20 countries around the Europe, Asia and Africa since its inception in 1906.”
He pointed out the importance of the establishment of the global circus in Saudi Arabia as a great opportunity for the 50 professional exhibitors who take part in the “Circus Bellucci Jeddah”.
It offers aerobatics, gymnastics, juggling, the ring of death, the balance on the high ropes, in addition to the entire gamut of the acrobatics world. The show provides 100 minutes of fun and excitement that attracts visitors of all ages for a ringside view.
