JEDDAH – The first group of Egyptian pilgrims for this year's Haj arrived at Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz airport in Madinah on Sunday on an Egyptair flight from Alexandria's Burj Al Arab airport. Egypt's Consul General Adel El Alfy confirmed their arrival and praised the Kingdom's facilities to assist pilgrims during Haj. Prior to the pilgrims' departure from Egypt, the health ministry announced that 350 medical staff, including doctors, nurses and technicians with a range of specialties would operate 35 clinics in coordination with Saudi hospitals in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah.
