Funeral prayer offered for Maj. Gen. Al Shahrani

Prince Faisal Bin Khaled, emir of Asir province, is offering funeral prayer for Maj. Gen. Abdul Rahman Bin Saad Al-Shahrani at a mosque in Markaz Tandaha in Asir on Monday.
Al-Shahrani (Abu Jarfah), commander of the18th Brigade of the Land Forces, was martyred on Sunday when he was shot by indiscriminate fire from across the southern borders.
Prince Faisal offered condolences to the bereaved family members and relatives of Al-Shahrani. Meanwhile, an officer of the Land Forces had an accident death while performing his duty, according to a statement of the Armed Forces. Hassan Bin Hakami, deputy sergeant, died after falling from a military vehicle, SPA reported. — SPA photo
