Armed Forces announces martyrdom of 18th brigade's commander Maj. Gen. Abdul Rahman bin Saad Al-Shahrani

AlQa'dah 08, 1436, August 23, 2015, SPA --The Armed Forces announced today that while inspecting the units of the 18th brigade deployed along the front line in the southern region, the site came under random hostile fire which injured the commander of the brigade Major General Abdul Rahman bin Saad Al-Shahrani. He was rushed to hospital to receive treatment. He passed away this evening as a result of his injuries.
The Armed Forces said that Major General Abdul Rahman Al-Shahrani was martyred and sacrificed his life in the field of honor in defense of his religion, king, homeland and citizens.
