TABUK — Civil Defense rescue teams saved two boys who were trapped inside a burning building in Al-Qadisiyah district of Tabuk on Friday. Tabuk Civil Defense spokesman Col. Mamdouh Al-Enizi said the fire started on the ground floor of the apartment building. The Civil Defense extinguished the fire and saved two boys aged 7 and 10 who were trapped inside the apartment. Al-Enizi said the boys were alone at home when the fire broke out and did not suffer any injuries. An investigation is under way to determine the cause of the fire. Meanwhile, 12 people were injured in separate house fire in the city's Al-Nahda district. Red Crescent paramedics treated 10 of the victims on the spot as Civil Defense firemen doused the fire. A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with first degree burns. A woman in her 50s was also taken to hospital after she fainted due to smoke inhalation. Both victims were reported to be in stable condition.
