Please, please, please neuter your pets. There are too many in Saudi Arabia that need homes. And it's not unIslamic either; there are Hadith stating this. It's a benefit to the animal and to the Kingdom in general. Danielle Palmer Danielle, it is so true what you say! People buy kittens at pet shops for their children to play with and have no idea what the animal needs to be a healthy and happy pet. They do not sterilize the animal and when the males start to spray/mess in the house, the poor cats are thrown out on the street. This is so cruel for a cat who knows people and a home to find itself outside with no water or food. And if they are not sterilized, then they are having kittens and kittens who are also starving on the streets with people being cruel to them. Animal abuse includes the following: starving, hitting, kicking, walking past a hurt, starving or thirsty creature or abandonment. It is all the same! Aletta Stumke I totally agree with you Aletta. My husband and I have neutered over 60 street cats since we moved to Saudi Arabia. Pets are not accessories or playthings for children and they are certainly not disposable. I hate it when someone uses the Holy Qur'an as an excuse for not neutering, but then will do something as unIslamic as abandoning an animal on the street. That is just cruel. ?Danielle Palmer ?
