Essam, a Saudi national, is offering a good reward for his lost cat who walked out of his owner's residence last week. The cat in question, Fluffy, trotted off from Essam's apartment in Adama district in Dammam, leaving its owner worried. Fluffy apparently is suffering from kidney disease and is under special medication. Essam has posted Fluffy's photos everywhere including the doors of the nearby grocery shops and ATM machines. “He had been living with us since he was a kitten and now he is old and sick. This is the time he needs our attention most,” Essam told Saudi Gazette. He is now more worried because of the scorching heat outdoors that would worsen the condition of Fluffy, if he is wandering in the streets. “Fluffy is an adorable cat and I cannot blame anyone if they take him home,” says Essam. Fluffy is a white colored male cat with yellow eyes. Essam wants anyone who has any information about his pet to contact him on 0505818002. Though many people here own pets, losing them and offering reward for the lost animal, is quite unusual in the Kingdom. Dammam has a special Friday market where they sell pets, including cats.
