MADINAH — Three people were injured in a road accident north of Madinah and rescue efforts were delayed due to people crowding the accident site. Madinah Red Crescent spokesman Khalid Al-Sahly said two of the victims were in critical condition and the third victim sustained injuries that were not serious. The Red Crescent was trying to save the victims via aerial evacuation but a large number of people who gathered around the accident scene prevented the emergency helicopter from landing. The helicopter was finally able to land after police cleared the area and the victims were shifted to hospital.
