Saudi Gazette report RIYADH — Education Minister Dr. Azzam Al-Dakhil on Saturday announced the launch of the third phase of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Foreign Scholarship Program. Under a new mechanism called "Your job and your scholarship", all scholarship students will be guaranteed jobs on their graduation, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. Dr. Nasser Muhammad Al-Fowzan, undersecretary for scholarships at the ministry, said the specializations in this stage were specified by the needs of prospective employers with whom agreements had been signed to absorb the students on their graduation. The employers include 14 various government departments and institutions. The agreements paved the way for the students to transfer new knowledge and skills acquired in foreign countries to the Kingdom. They also guarantee qualified manpower to fill vacancies arising in various government institutions.
