The Saudi British Bank (SABB) was named “Employer of the Year” in the private sector at the Annual MENA HR Excellence Awards ceremony held last Thursday in Dubai. The announcement of SABB's recognition came as part of the Human Assets Expansion Summit event that took place in Dubai recently. The award comes as a result of SABB's effort in supporting employees at all levels of the organization with a strong emphasis on leadership development, talent retention and innovative Saudization initiatives.
