Egypt Air, the national airline of Egypt, recently announced the appointment of Midhat Al Jazar as its new manager in Jeddah replacing Mohammed Abdulhafiz. Based at the airline's offices in Jeddah, Al Jazar is responsible for leading Egypt Air' s commercial operations in Jeddah as it continues to grow its presence and operations across Saudi Arabia. As he was handing in the new responsibilities for the new Office Manager, Ahmed Shahin, general manager of Egypt Air, said “we are very excited to have Midhat Al Jazar take up his new position at our Jeddah office where he will continue to drive commercial success for the airline in cooperation with its partners.” Shahin expressed his appreciation and thanks to the former Jeddah Office Manager Mohammed Abdulhafiz who has served Egypt Air for the past four years, saying “over his four years of service he has always displayed enthusiasm and commitment to his job. He has helped in achieving sales target, improving services and presenting a good image of Egypt Air.” In his words to the newly appointed office manager, Shahin said “you will have a big task and more responsibilities but I am sure you are qualified to do the job.” Al Jazar is a well-known executive who has led various positions at Egypt Air, opening up new horizons for the airline's team here in Saudi Arabia. — SG
