MAKKAH — The Education Ministry branch in Makkah has promised to investigate a clip featuring a middle school teacher beating a student with a stick that circulated on social media. The recording showed the man beating the boy all over his body in front of the class while fellow students laughed. A spokesman from the Education Ministry promised to investigate the case.
