Employing or inviting expatriates to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is in the hand and under the control of Ministry of Labor (labor contracts and work permit), Ministry of Interior (visa and residential permit), Saudi citizens as employers and sponsors, and lack of Saudi citizens to work in some fields of work and industries. Why blame foreign and expat employees who are willing to work? Lose some, win some.
