Ewaan starts delivery of Alfareeda Phase 1 villas
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 16 - 04 - 2015

JEDDAH — Ewaan Global Residential Company has announced the completion of phase one of its Alfareeda residential project and has already begun delivering the 324 villas to their owners.
In a ceremony celebrating the occasion, attended by dignitaries and government officials, Anees Moumina, Ewaan's Chairman, expressed his delight at the commencement of the handover saying that this achievement reaffirms the status that Ewaan has fostered and proves the company's ability to respond to the challenges of meeting the kingdom's housing needs.
He thanked the owners for their confidence in Ewaan's ability to deliver unique residential solutions that are within their financial capabilities, while exceeding their expectations in terms of the highest standards of construction and providing a quality lifestyle that accords with their social needs and cultural values.
“This confidence is what drives us to surpass the owners' expectations and we look forward to making even more outstanding achievements in this vital residential project that is reinvigorating the north of Jeddah.”
Alfaeeda has set an exemplary model of how a world-class infrastructure should be established as the basis for a modern residential community. The technologically advanced public facilities include fiber optics telecommunications, a road network designed to avoid traffic congestion and a storm drainage system and rain bypass tanks to prevent flooding in the event of severe weather conditions.
The project will feature a complete community center covering 19,000 square meters, which will be Alfareeda's beating heart and the go-to place for social gatherings. The center's exterior design will feature a modern interpretation of the Arabian style that gives Alfareeda its identity.
“Undoubtedly we put our clients' needs at every stage of the development,” said Riyadh Al-Thagafi, CEO of Ewaan. “Today, we are pleased to see that the first owners of the phase one villas have already started to move into their new homes, where they will make use of the completed public facilities such as mosques, the public parks and football pitch, as well as the many logistical services that are available. In addition, soon there will be schools for all educational levels, recreational facilities, shops and malls, a laundry and all the other services needed by the residents.
The project has already earned Ewaan two prestigious awards in the Cityscape Jeddah Awards for Real Estate in Saudi Arabia, in the categories Best Residential Project - Future Award, and the Community and Culture Project Award.
Ewaan started 2015 with the announcement of three new residential projects: Al-Mayar, which is adjacent to Alfareeda; Al-Jawan in Riyadh; and its Limas gated housing project located in Alhamra district south of Jubail City.
Ewaan's strong financial capabilities are the driver of these new projects, together with a vast pool of experienced staff equipped with the full range of capabilities to implement the company's strategy of expansion in the national real estate market.
“In addition to Alfareeda, these three diverse projects are Ewaan's answer to the government's call for the private sector to play a proactive role in providing Saudi citizens the opportunity to own their own homes,” Al-Thagafi noted.
“In effect, Ewaan is committed to embarking on new projects as part of its mission to provide quality homes at affordable prices, supported by a world-class infrastructure and all the services and facilities required for a modern lifestyle.” — SG
