JEDDAH – Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, a subsidiary of the Sabban Group of Companies, unveiled its plan to become the exclusive agent for a unique residential development titled ‘Bayat Plaza' in Jeddah. The announcement was made on the opening day of the ongoing Cityscape Jeddah 2015 event.

Located off the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road in Jeddah, the ‘Bayat Plaza' project is the first of its kind real estate development for the Sabban Group in Saudi Arabia, and is being developed by Manazil, Sabban's development arm. The project will include two neighboring towers that will offer 272 luxury apartments including duplexes and penthouses.

Furthermore, the residents of ‘Bayat Plaza' will be serviced by over 1600 sqm retail space spanning across two lower levels. This will include a mini market, stylish cafés and food outlets, designer boutiques and a state of the art gymnasium.

“The launch of ‘Bayat Plaza' project is a significant milestone for Sloanes Saudi Arabia and we are excited to introduce a world class real estate development in the Kingdom”, said Arron Browne, Group Sales and Marketing Director at Sabban Group of Companies.

“With its sleek external architecture, the ‘Bayat Plaza' development will emerge as one of the most iconic and recognizable developments that will not only transform the skyline of Madinah Road, but also add significant aesthetic and convenience value to the entire neighborhood.”

A full mock-up ‘Bayat Plaza' apartment will be available for viewing at the soon to be inaugurated Sloanes Real Estate Showroom on Sari Street.
Interested buyers can experience first-hand the distinguished lifestyle and luxury offered by the project, and take advantage of off-plan sales from April 2015.

“The property market in Saudi Arabia has witnessed resurgence leading to renewed optimism and at Sabban Group, we have been closely monitoring this trend”, said Browne. “We are confident that this is an opportune time to launch a project like ‘Bayat Plaza' that offers new levels of refinement for consumers in Saudi Arabia”.

Prices for apartments at ‘Bayat Plaza' start from SR1,000,000 and the development is expected to be complete by the end of 2016. — SG
