NAJRAN — The body of a woman in her 50s who had been reported missing after a flood hit Najran was found by the Civil Defense in a deserted valley, Al-Hayat daily reported. Najran Civil Defense spokesman Lt. Gen. Ali Al-Shihrani said the Civil Defense received reports of a body found buried underneath trees and wreckage in Al-Umairah. After recovering the body, they identified the gender and age of the victim and suspected it belonged to the woman who had been reported missing along with her family of four children, husband and two of his siblings. The Civil Defense issued a report on the missing family on Thursday after floods hit the area. The Civil Defense also reported that two of her children had drowned in the floods.
