FC Dallas stays perfect

CHESTER, Pennsylvania — Tesho Akindele and Ryan Hollingshead scored in the second half as FC Dallas beat a 10-man Philadelphia Union 2-0 in Major League Soccer Saturday.
FC Dallas is the only MLS team with maximum points after its first three matches. Vancouver's Raul Octavio Rivero scored with a header in the 96th minute to lift the Whitecaps over Orlando City 1-0.
In Carson, California, Robbie Keane and Nathan Sturgis traded early goals as the LA Galaxy and Houston Dynamo settled for a 1-1.
In other games, Sporting Kansas City and the Portland Timbers, New York City and the Colorado Avalanche, and the Montreal Impact and New England Revolution all ended their matches with scoreless draws. — AP
