KHAMIS MUSHAYT — A car drifter has killed four people and seriously injured two others in Khamis Mushayt on Tuesday. Ahmed Asiri, spokesman of the Red Crescent, did not identify the driver but said he lost control of the car and hit the six young men who were watching him. He said three of the victims died instantly and the fourth died in hospital. He described the condition of the injured survivors as “critical”. Brig. Mohammed Al-Asiri, traffic police spokesman, said the driver fled the scene after the accident but turned himself in later in the evening.
