RIYADH – The Ministry of Labor announced that as many as 306 recruitment companies and offices have posted details of their expenses for hiring foreign domestic workers on the ministry's domestic labor program website called Musaned. The ministry introduced this regulation as part of its drive to achieve fair competition among the recruitment firms, as well as to enable citizens to hire domestic workers at reasonable rates. The Musaned (Support) website lists rights and duties of domestic helpers and employers, gives the names and contact numbers of recruitment offices in different regions of the Kingdom, provides details about the recruitment stages and documents required. The website contains a comprehensive brochure in various languages. Under Musaned, both employers and workers can submit their grievances and complaints to the committees in various regions of the Kingdom through a form which can be obtained through the website www.musaned.gov.sa.
