Published in The Saudi Gazette on 28 - 02 - 2015

AL GHASSAN Motors, the official dealer for Bentley, Lamborghini & Mclaren cars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has inaugurated a new advanced Automotive Service Center in Jeddah.
Built in 320 days, and covering a total area of 3,500 m², the recently opened service center is equipped with the latest and most advanced tools and equipment that guarantee peerless service quality to Bentley, Lamborghini and McLaren customers.
It is capable of servicing 56 cars daily, and is fitted out with 26 hydraulic lifts. Moreover, in an effort to enhance customers' experience during service work, Al Ghassan Motors added a new Express Service in the reception area that features a variety of entertainment equipment and high-speed internet access, which enables customers to have an enjoyable and productive time while waiting for the completion of service work.
The opening of the new Service Center in the northern part of Jeddah city is considered a new and major accomplishment of Al Ghassan Motors, as it reiterates the company's commitment to providing high quality and superior automotive service.
The innovative facility houses a group of highly qualified and skilled technicians who are trained to provide the best quality service to customers.
While the upper section of the center is perfectly equipped to service Bentley cars in utmost precision, the ground floor acts as a 1,000-m² showroom for pre-owned cars.
Sheikh Ghassan Abdul Rahman Al Sulaiman, President of Al Ghassan Motors, said: “Our new advanced service center in Jeddah cements the company's service philosophy that covers its clients across the KSA.
In our unremitting effort to match our customers' expectations and build strong bonds of loyalty and trust between each other, we constantly strive to perfect our skills and adopt the latest in automotive service technologies. In that regard, we are very proud of the technicians working in the center, as they are highly experienced and qualified, and perfectly trained to deal with all car service requirements professionally.”
Sheikh Ghassan noted the existence of a special section within the new automotive service center for delivering cars after servicing ends.
Employees there provide a detailed explanation to clients about the maintenance and repair work that took place on their cars.
Likewise, the new service center features a section equipped with a comfortable lounge and a completely covered parking lot for clients, in addition to a special section for cleaning and polishing cars.
Besides, in an effort to guarantee that employees always stay abreast of the latest developments and trends in the automotive servicing field, the center features a properly equipped hall dedicated to technical training. — SG
