A new era for the luxury brand
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 17 - 01 - 2015

AL GHASSAN Motors Est. announced the inauguration of two new Infiniti showrooms simultaneously in Al-Khobar and in Riyadh, signaling a new era for the luxury brand in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
These new facilities sport modern equipment and many services for its customers, from sales to after sales, in addition to a spare parts storage area to keep spare parts on hand to avoid delays to customers.
These showrooms are in line with Al Ghassan Motors strategic plans to provide premium services to their customers around the Kingdom, through the establishment of modern facilities that provide built-in services that guarantee their customer's satisfaction.
The construction of the two new branches started in January 2014, and now almost a year later, are unveiled in their final splendor.
Each branch includes a main display room in addition to the new built-in service facility, and an express service center fully equipped with three service areas.
Thanks to its large capacity, the facility can receive customers' cars for servicing any time of the day.
In addition, the branches have ample room for administrative offices, where experts and highly qualified technicians work, and a spare parts storage area to ensure minimized delays.
During the press conference, Ghassan Abdulrahman Alsuliman, CEO of Al Ghassan motors, emphasized the importance of these two branches in Alkhobar and Riyadh, and what it provides for Infiniti customers in these cities and the surrounding areas.
In his speech at the opening ceremony, which was attended by Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East, the press and a number of clients and guests, Alsuliman said, “We were encouraged by the rising demand for Infiniti cars in the Eastern and Central provinces to enhance our presence in these areas, as well as to launch a new era for Infiniti cars in the Kingdom.”
I am quite sure that the new facilities will help us in providing our customers with the best services, as we would like.
We are constantly working towards our aim to meet and exceed our customers' expectations. In my humble opinion, these new branches will be leading the local market and hopefully set the benchmark for customer service for the entire Kingdom.”
He also added, “Since Al Ghassan motors obtained the Infiniti dealership in the Kingdom, Al Ghassan established a long term strategy to promote and market this luxury brand to reach the highest level of elite services for our customers, lovers of this brand, and putting it on the right path.
The importance of this center stems from the leading presence of Infiniti cars in the Eastern province and it is a major step for our establishment.
The center includes; in addition to this display room, a service and maintenance center to ensure that we provide our customers with the highest level of customer care.
It is no doubt that this new facility testifies to our dedication to quality and to serving our customers, this comes as a natural result of our efforts to reach this high level.”
Juergen Schmitz, Managing Director, Infiniti Middle East said: “The inauguration of the two showrooms in Al Khobar and Riyadh, herald the expansion of Infiniti's operations here in Saudi Arabia.
Together with our valued partners Al Ghassan Motors, we are confident that we will elevate the brand to new levels – delivering on Infiniti's brand promise of a premium motoring experience to customers in the Kingdom.”
Infiniti Al Khobar is located on Al KhobarAl Dammam road, and Infiniti Riyadh is located on the vital King Fahad road. Both showrooms were designed in accordance to Infiniti centres to reflect the Infiniti concept of display rooms for modern car sales.
