JEDDAH — The board of directors of Okaz Organization for Press and Publication has approved the company's final accounts for the fiscal year 2014-2015, restructured the organization's hierarchy and discussed recommendations forwarded by the distribution company Al-Wataniya. The board also approved a draft regulation for rewards and incentives after necessary amendments. The meeting at the company's headquarters here on Saturday was presided over by Chairman Abdullah Saleh Kamel and was attended by board members Waleed Arab Hashim, Hussein Ali Shubokshi, Tariq Ali Fadaq, Nabeel Abdullah Al-Hissain, Ahmad Sanad Al-Yousuf, Waleed Mohammad Bin Mahfouz, Director General Waleed Jameel Kattan, Okaz Editor-in-Chief Hashim Abdou Hashim and board secretary Ahmad Al-Battah. The meeting was held in preparation to the General Assembly meeting to be held on March 14. During the meeting, the chairman of the board stressed the importance of increasing the organization's reach in the current media market. “We are facing big challenges that require all our efforts, hard work and creative energy to overcome. Okaz Organization must withstand all challenges coming its way and achieve the revenue goals set,” said Kamel.
