RIYADH — Pakistan Ambassador Manzoor Ul Haq arranged a grand event in the honor of Inspector General of Police (Retd) and a renowned civil servant and a prolific writer, Zulifiqar Cheema. At the gathering, Cheema introduced his book “Do Touk Batay.”
Renowned journalist Javed Iqbal presented the different aspects of the book.
Abbas Serwar Quershi, head of chancery, welcomed the guest of honor, praised him as a role model of Pakistan and called him as the man of principle with good characteristics.
The event was begun with a recitation of a few verses from the Qur'an by Naimat Ullah and a heart touching Naat by Tanveer Main.

Prominent poet Waqar Naseem Wamiq praised Cheema with his poetry.
Talking about his beloved country Pakistan, Cheema encouraged the community to join forces to play their parts in the development of the country and to put it on the right track. He urged everyone to focus on the importance of unity as it is the need of the current hour, and develop as a united nation.
The ambassador presented Cheema with a shield.
