TAIF — Police here arrested two thieves for breaking into a banquet hall and stealing expensive items. Makkah Province Police spokesman Lt. Col. Ati Al-Qurashi reported that a police officer working the night shift noticed an open window at the banquet hall. When he stopped to investigate, he spotted the thieves hauling expensive furniture and kitchen utensils out of the hall. The officer called for backup and the thieves were arrested on the spot.
