KHOBAR/AL-HASSA - Owners of Chevrolet and GMC vehicles in Saudi Arabia are benefiting from a SR150 million ($40 million) investment in customer service by Universal Motors Agencies Co. (UMA), General Motors' dealer in the Kingdom. UMA has just opened two new showrooms and service centers as a part of its expansion plan, giving it a total 17 outlets across the Kingdom. Walid Telmesani, chief operating officer at UMA, said: “UMA is constantly striving to offer our customers a better experience, and by opening these new branches in strategic locations, UMA is being more accessible to its customers and providing them with a more complete range of services, handled by highly-trained professionals.” The new facility, located in Automoto, an automotive complex in Rakah, Al-Khobar, has a total area of 4,000 m² and is the biggest in the entire development.
