JEDDAH — Batterjee Medical College for Science and Technology participated in the Saudi Universities League supervised and organized by the Saudi Universities Sports Federation. The draw results placed the college in the second group along with the University of Dammam, Prince Mohammed Bin Fahd University and the University of Business and Technology. Dr. Mohammed Al-Tayeb, Director of Student Affairs, explained that BMC is involved in sports, cultural and social activities that would empower students, strengthen their personalities, sharpen their skills, discover their hidden talents and grant them the chance to develop their abilities. He added: "BMC participated in the Football League within a delegation consisting of 18 players." He also noted that the college is now prepared to participate in table tennis, futsal and judo, starting from the second semester and hosted by Umm Al Qura University and Majmaah University. – SG
