Samsung sheds light on key attributes of Galaxy devices

SAMSUNG Electronics, the global leader in digital media and digital convergence technologies, participated in FIKR 13 Conference organized by Arab Thought Foundation, entitled "The Arab Integration: The Dream of Unity and the Reality of Division" held in Morocco recently. The event was under the patronage of King of Morocco Mohammed VI, and graced by Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Saudi Minister of Education and Chairman of the Arab Thought Foundation, with the participation of presidents, ministers, decision makers, Arab and International officials, in addition to an elite group of Arab and foreign scholars, academics, and intellectuals.
Throughout the conference, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal visited Samsung's booth, where he was briefed on the latest innovative Galaxy Note features that supports the revival of the Arabic language and calligraphy. Samsung's distinctive devices Galaxy Note has succeeded in creating a featured Arabic handwriting through the use of S Pen that helps in taking notes, search for an address, send an e-mail and the most important in writing Arabic text, that is recognized by the device and transferred into digital text in an easy way, which enhances the presence and use of Arabic language in technical usage.
JaeCheon Park, General Manager at Samsung Electronics in Saudi Arabia, said “Samsung's presence in this conference shows its vital efforts in reviving the Arabic writing and calligraphy, making it the language of communication between the Arabs and other countries.”

At the FIKR13 conference, Samsung's featured booth received a distinctive interaction from a number of senior officials and academics, that expressed their admiration for smart and innovative technology products, which confirms Samsung's leading role in providing reliable and smart technology that serves various customer needs.
The booth also provided its visitors the opportunity to have a close look and hands-on in the Galaxy Note Arabic S pen, making the use of Arabic language and writing much easier and practical in the context of our daily modern age technology. — SG
