Expat executed for smuggling heroin

DAMMAM — Sefour Rahman Qulajan, a Pakistani expatriate who was sentenced to death by the General Court for smuggling large amounts of heroin into the Kingdom, was executed Tuesday. The verdict was approved by the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Judicial Council. According to a royal decree, Qulajan was executed in Dammam, the Interior Ministry announced.
