The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has assigned staffed information points around mosques in holy sites and other areas during the Haj season to provide pilgrims with essential information. Muhammad Ameen Bin Khatri, Director of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in Madina, said that 250 individuals have been assigned to Madina and another 157 to Yanbu – a major entry-point for pilgrims arriving by sea. “Deba'a mosque, Miqat mosque and Al-Qibltain mosque and all mosques located in the holy sites and frequented by pilgrims will have access to staff providing services ranging from assistance with maps and general orientation to help pilgrims find their way, to Islamic lectures and other information,” said Khatri. – SG __
