FOR the first time in Saudi Arabia, British Airways will introduce an extra luggage offer that will give all passengers, flying in World Traveller to North America, the opportunity to check in an extra piece of luggage when they travel. Passengers flying in World Traveller from Riyadh and Jeddah with British Airways to North America can carry an extra piece of luggage weighing up to 23kg – in addition to the permitted checked in allowance – so their total allowance is a maximum of 46kg. “We tend to see families travel for longer periods of time over peak holidays such as the upcoming Eid Al Adha break,” says Paolo De Renzis, Area Commercial Manager for the Middle East and Central Asia for British Airways. “Packing when travelling with a family always requires planning ahead and prioritising the essentials, however we hope by adding double the luggage allowance for each passenger in World Traveller flying onwards to North America, families can pack their favourite outfits or children's toys and also have ample room to shop when they are abroad.” British Airways offers daily flights to London from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, meaning that passengers looking to travel over Eid Al Adah or in the coming months have a choice of daily flights through the week, with convenient connections to onward destinations for those looking to travel further than London. This offer is exclusive to British Airways and its partner airlines are not included as part of the offer. A full timetable of British Airways' flights to London and beyond is available online at ba.com, where customers can find the lowest fares and book, pay and check-in online for their flights. — SG
