The focus should be on putting an end to reckless driving, rather than emphasizing only speeding and running red lights. Moreover, I have seen policemen and traffic police driving recklessly while using their phones. I've even seen people in uniform with their number plates covered while driving their personal cars. The traffic situation in the Kingdom won't change unless people here change their attitudes dramatically.
