Published in The Saudi Gazette on 17 - 06 - 2014

JEDDAH — The partners of a multi-million-rupee Mega Mall project in Gulbarga delivered a Powerpoint and video presentation here at a local restaurant.
Prominent Gulbarga residents attended the event and appreciated the land mark project in Gulbarga.
The program started with the recitation of a few verses from the Qur'an followed by a Naat by Bilal Quadri and Ahmed Raza.
Syed Nasir Khursheed Social activist from Gulbarga welcomed the guests and introduced speakers of the evening.
Managing partner SRS Builders Irfan Kalludi, in his presentation, highlighted modern amenities provided in the project to meet international standards.
He described this project as first of its kind in this strategic location which is ideal for national and international brands and agencies.
The location also houses high profile colleges and hospitals in the city, promising a steady stream of customers. Other partners involved in the expansive project are Shabbir kalludi, Sharan Gudi and Abdul Rahman.
Azhar Parvez, a computer engineer by profession, said the presentation was up to the international standards.
Business development Manager Muqtadir Adil said these promoters and developers have very decent back ground as their previous projects were executed as per standard specifications.
Senior civil Engineer Mohammed Shakeel and HVAC Engineer Sirajuddin said: “If such presentations are delivered here it will be an advantage for expats working here to invest back home.”
QC Manager Amjad Ali and Project Management Professional Nisar Nawade opined that modern amenities shown in presentation are must and need of the hour which were neglected earlier in Gulbarga.
Senior Planning Engineer Imdad Ali said the mode of payment seems convenient as well.
Warehouse Manager from an MNC Syed Hazrath Quadri said the proposed specifications of the project are similar to the malls here in Saudi Arabia.
Managing partner SRS Builders Mohammed Farooq Panja, an industrialist, delivered the vote of thanks. — SG
