Teenager runs over high school girl

TURAIF — A high school girl was run over by a teenager as she was trying to cross the street. Northern Border police spokesman Col. Uwayed Al-Enezi said the 14-year-old driver was speeding when he struck down the student. He added that the driver was still learning how to drive and that carelessness and lack of concentration were the main causes of the accident.
