TURAIF, Northern Borders – A citizen was killed after being run over by a speeding car driven by an adolescent in the center of Turaif governorate. According to Northern Border police spokesman, Brig. Bandar Al-Eidaa, the 65-year-old citizen was crossing Ibn Al-Nafis Road when a speeding car ran over him killing him on the spot. He noted that the car was driven by a 14-year-old boy. Preliminary investigations showed that he was driving at a high speed. Al-Eidaa called on parents not to allow their adolescent children to drive.
