A young man was sentenced to four months in prison and 75 lashes for flirting and harassing women in public places despite repeated warnings. The man was earlier arrested by the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice for the same offense. He was warned not to harass women and he had vowed to comply. He was released after signing the pledge. The man, however, ignored the warnings and breached his vow as he was caught again red-handed going after women in shopping malls. – Okaz __
