Scholarship students only want high-ranking posts

With regard to the article “What is expected from our scholarship students?” (Apr. 1), I am working with some Saudis who have just come from abroad after completing their PhDs. What I have observed is they are only looking for high-ranking administrative posts. They are not interested in sharing their knowledge and skills to train others.
