Male nurse contracts corona virus

JEDDAH — Bandar Al-Katheeri, a nurse in the emergency section of King Abdulaziz Hospital in Jeddah, has contracted corona virus, investigations have confirmed, sources said. However, the hospital administration and Health Affairs in Jeddah are maintaining a stoic silence on the issue. Sources said the issue is not being propagated keeping in view the presence of a large number of Umrah performers in the Kingdom and it is not preferable to cause panic among them. Jeddah Health Affairs spokesman, Abdulrahman Al-Sahafi said there are still suspicions that the youth has contracted corona virus. So far, 157 corona virus cases have been registered, out of which 63 have died.
