TORONTO, Canada — NBA scoring leader Kevin Durant poured in 51 points, capped by a game-winning 3-pointer with 1.7 seconds remaining in double overtime, to lift Oklahoma City over Toronto 119-118 here Friday. Durant received an inbounds pass, dribbled twice and then drained the deciding basket through the hoop. Toronto's DeMar DeRozan missed a desperation shot at the final buzzer and the Thunder won for the fifth time in six games. Durant went 7-of-12 from 3-point range and also grabbed 12 rebounds while passing out seven assists for the Thunder. At 51-18, the Thunder kept pace with Eastern Conference leader Indiana for the second-best record in the NBA behind San Antonio (52-16). Toronto fell to 38-30, but still lead Brooklyn by 1.5 games atop the Atlantic division. Reggie Jackson added 25 points and 12 rebounds while Spaniard Serge Ibaka netted 13 points for Oklahoma City. But the Thunder suffered a major setback when star guard Russell Westbrook left the game in the third quarter with a right knee sprain. Westbrook, who finished with 15 points, banged knees with Toronto guard Kyle Lowry and grimaced in pain before being helped to the locker room. Westbrook has already missed two months earlier this season after undergoing right knee surgery. DeRozan scored 33 points to lead the Raptors while Amir Johnson added 25 points and 12 rebounds and Lowry also scored 25 points for Toronto. The Thunder trailed 118-110 with only 49 seconds to play in the second overtime, but Durant and Derek Fisher hit back-to-back 3-pointers to trim the deficit to 118-116 with 15 ticks to go. Toronto's John Salmons was fouled with nine seconds to play but missed both free throws and the Thunder called timeout to set up Durant's game-winner. Pacers 91, Bulls 79: Fueled by a 17-0 third-quarter run, the Indiana Pacers scored a 91-79 victory against division rival Chicago Bulls. The Pacers, 51-18 and an NBA-best 32-4 at home this season, clung to a 46-45 lead early in the third quarter when they strung together a 17-0 run that created a 63-45 advantage at the 7:16 mark. Lance Stephenson made six of eight third-quarter shots and had 13 points in the period after producing just one basket before halftime. Pacers forward Paul George had a triple-double with 10 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists. Chicago got 17 each from guards Jimmy Butler and D.J. Augustine. Heat 91, Grizzlies 86: The stifling Memphis Grizzlies' defense held each of Miami's “Big 3” under 20 points, but the Heat were able overcome it with a late run to win 91-86. LeBron James connected on a jumper with 24.8 seconds remaining to cap an 11-0 run and give Miami an 88-84 advantage. After a driving layup by Grizzlies guard Mike Conley, Memphis gave the Heat's Ray Allen an open lane to the basket that resulted in a dunk with 14.1 seconds remaining. Conley then missed a three-pointer that sealed Memphis' fate. James finished with 15 points, while Wade had 14 and forward Chris Bosh had 11. Allen was Miami's leading scorer, with 18. Zach Randolph had 25 points and 14 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who saw Marc Gasol make an early exit because of a sprained ankle. Knicks 93, 76ers 92: The New York Knicks almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory but held on to beat the struggling Philadelphia 76ers 93-92. Other results: Nets 114, Celtics 98; Pelicans 111, Hawks 105; Mavericks 122, Nuggets 106; Spurs 99, Kings 79; Suns 98, Pistons 92; Wizards 117, Lakers 107. — Agencies
