PR Arabia, one of the biggest Saudi agencies specialized in public relations, is getting ready to launch the 2nd edition of “PR Arabia Privilege Award”. Commenting on the preparation, Walid Karanouh, General Manager of PR Arabia, said the launch of the 2nd edition of the Award comes after great success of the first edition, noting that its introduction has created a wide range of satisfaction among various players and leaders in the Saudi automotive industry. Through this award, PR Arabia recognizes and encourages outstanding activities that have contributed to the development of the automotive sector in the Kingdom, he added, which then eventually serves citizens and residents using cars. Meanwhile, Salah Aldaour, Director of the Award, said PR Arabia Privilege Award consists of several categories, namely: • Best Cars in 2013 • Best Car Dealer • Best Car Finance Program • Safety Award • Best Reporter in Automotive Media • Best Motorsport Award Explaining the awarding mechanism, he said that a jury consisting of trustworthy experts in journalism and economic sector was formed to supervise all stages of the award. Nominations for each award are subject to strict and transparent criteria to ensure complete independency, transparency, fairness and accuracy. He noted that this year the public will be able to vote for the nominees through the Award's official website (www.prarabiaaward.com). The results will be announced at the end of April 2014 in a grand ceremony.
