BURAIDAH — Director of Health Affairs in Qassim Dr. Salah Al-Kharaz has commended Dr. Rami Abazid, cardiologist consultant who received Professor Faqih Award during the 25th Saudi Heart Association Convention in February. Abazid was given the award in recognition for his research work entitled: “Fat volume measurement as predictor of image noise in coronary computed tomography angiography”. Al-Kharaz congratulated Prince Sultan Cardiac Center Al-Qassim (PSCCQ) for the achievement by one of its researchers. Over 120 scientific papers were submitted for peer review during the convention with the winner chosen by a group of outstanding specialists who acted as jurors. Abazid thanked Al-Kharaz and PSCCQ Director Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mesned for their support.
