BURAIDAH — Search and investigation teams have detained four expatriates suspected of stealing electric cables. A spokesman for Qassim Police Capt. Badr Al-Sehaibani said the suspects were residing in a remote private resort and were stealing cables and batteries. They had amassed a large quantity of cables, with an estimated value SR70,000, and were planning to ship them outside the governorate. Police tracked their activities and arrested them red-handed before they could ship out the stolen cables.
