RIYADH – The Special Criminal Court in Riyadh sentenced on Monday a Saudi citizen, found guilty of anti-national activities, to 10 years in prison and a travel ban for an equal period. The verdict meted on him was for the offense including disobeying rulers, taking part in demonstrations and shouting slogans aimed at creating anarchy and undermining security, and posting pictures of these on the Internet, in addition to providing them to channels hostile to the Kingdom. The defendant was also convicted of throwing Molotov cocktail during demonstrations, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
