JEDDAH – Products bearing the Rolls-Royce Power Systems brand MTU Onsite Energy are now to be marketed in Saudi Arabia by distributor Sawary Energy. The agreement which was signed early in the week in Jeddah spotlights marketing rights for 60 Hertz diesel generators producing up to 3250 kVA. It also includes a service agreement for MTU and Detroit Diesel engines for land-based applications in the oil & gas, mining and rail sectors. “Saudi Arabia has become one of the largest markets for distributed power generation in the Middle East and it holds significant potential for growth.
