RIYADH — New details have surfaced in the case where Haia members pursued a car on National Day and caused the death of the car's occupants.?Sources told Okaz/Saudi Gazette that prosecutors found photos and videos of sexual nature on the mobile phone of one of the accused Haia members.?The Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution (BIP) was investigating claims that official documents were falsified to clear the accused of any charges.?After the Haia members denied tampering with the documents, the BIP conducted an in-depth investigation, which included examining the Haia members' mobile phones and this was when the video clips were discovered.?In addition, the BIP found that the cell phone owner has repeatedly logged onto an Internet site that provides such clips.?This accusation will be dealt with separately under cyber crimes laws.?Lawyers representing the victims' relatives said the case was still under review by the general court. The two Haia members were released on bail after they spent six months in prison.?The accused were granted bail to complete their university education. Emir of Riyadh Prince Khalid Bin Bandar promised the victims' relatives that he would personally follow up the case.
