2 students killed, 8 hurt in accident

MADINAH — Two students were killed and eight others injured when two cars collided in an accident in Mahd Al-Dahab, Madinah province. An 80-year-old man was driving his Jeep with four students when it crashed into a pickup truck carrying another four students. The survivors suffered different injuries and most were transported to Al-Mahd General Hospital for treatment. One of the victims suffered serious injuries and was transferred to King Fahd Hospital in Madinah. Police are still investigating the accident.
