JEDDAH — Residents of a south Jeddah neighborhood filed a complaint with the authorities after several electricity boxes on a main were left open, posing a potential threat to the safety of their children. The residents of the Kilo 10 area said they suffer from frequent power outages and high electricity bills. Some residents, who own small two-floor houses, pay as much as SR2,000 a month in bills.
