ARAR — Arar highway police arrested a man in his 20s with liquor production tools in his possession, while his friend managed to escape the scene. Police suspected his pick-up truck and when they searched the car, they found tools to manufacture liquor and some empty bottles. Police arrested the driver, while his passenger managed to escape on foot. Police are still investigating the case.
