“How to fight racism” (Nov. 6) was a great article, but if the institutions and those that work in them are racist themselves, then how do you change them? One way is through educating and training a workforce. Teachers are in a unique position to begin this process of challenging institutional racism by teaching children anti-racist education. Also the country should pass laws that prosecute those who are racist and who discriminate against those who come from other communities, practice other religions and are of a different gender.
